SKETCHBOOK 01

Another Sketchbook (one from a huge collection), of one of the oldest forms of human expression, with evidence for its existence preceding that of written communication. These graphic signs called drawings are the simply result of some movements of a tool held by a prehensile appendage located at the end of the forearm of primates such as humans, monkeys, and lemurs and is a form of visual art in which an artist uses instruments to mark paper or other two-dimensional surface.
This Sketchbook comes from 1997, during a work travel in Thessaloniki a huge town located on the Thermaic Gulf, at the northwest corner of the Aegean Sea in a country considered the cradle of Western civilization, philosophy, literature, major scientific and mathematical principles, art, theatre and the Olympic Games, called Greece.
